1. The Service

SEO Assessments is a software-as-a-service platform that analyzes websites and delivers search engine optimization health reports. We provide this as an informational and analytical tool, not as a guarantee of search ranking results. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use magic-link email authentication — you will receive login links via email, and you must keep your email account secure.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of someone else without authorization. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs you do not own or have permission to analyze
• Use the Service to crawl or scrape websites in a way that harms their operations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service without written permission
• Abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the infrastructure of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity

4. Agency Use and Client Data

If you use SEO Assessments on behalf of clients, you represent that you have the necessary authorization to submit those clients' websites for analysis. You are responsible for how you share reports with your clients and for compliance with any agreements you have with them regarding their data.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services including Google Search Console. Your use of such integrations is also subject to those third parties' terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, scoring models, and content, is the intellectual property of PraeSyn, LLC. You retain ownership of any data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that data for the purpose of providing the Service.

Assessment reports generated by the Service may be shared with your clients or colleagues. You may not resell or sublicense the reports or the underlying platform.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE ASSESSMENTS. SEO RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

Assessment data reflects conditions at the time of analysis and may not reflect later changes to your site or to search engine algorithms.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRAESYN, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF RANKINGS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington, unless otherwise agreed.
